What information is collected
When you submit the enquiry form, the site collects the name, email address, enquiry type and message you provide.
Why it is used
The information is used only to read and respond to your enquiry, manage any requested group or event discussion, and keep a reasonable record of correspondence.
How it is processed
Form submissions are handled through Netlify Forms and are visible to authorised site administrators. The owner should configure retention and notification settings before launch.
Cookies and external services
The public pages do not intentionally set advertising cookies. Links to Instagram, Facebook, Just Eat, Uber Eats and Google Maps take you to external services with their own privacy policies. The CMS login uses Netlify Identity for authorised editors.
Your rights and contact
Before launch, Bean & Brunch should add a verified contact email for privacy requests and confirm its data-retention period. You can also use the enquiry form while this is being finalised.
